Headphones

You can record videos while monitoring their sound by connecting commercially available headphones to the camera.

Do not use the Headphone cables with the length of 3 m (9.8 feet) or more.

Excessive sound pressure from earphones and headphones can cause hearing loss.

 

Switching the Sound Output Method

[MENU/SET] arrow_menu [menuicon_video] arrow_menu [menuicon_audio] arrow_menu Select [Sound Output]

[REALTIME]

Audio without time lag. It may differ from the sound recorded in videos.

[REC SOUND]

Audio to be recorded in videos. Output sound may be delayed from actual sound.

 

Adjusting the Headphone Volume

Connect the headphones and rotate icon_controldial.

icon_controldial_left : Reduces the volume.

icon_controldial_right : Increases the volume.

 

To adjust the volume using the menu

number_k_01Select [Headphone Volume].

[MENU/SET] arrow_menu [menuicon_video] arrow_menu [menuicon_audio] arrow_menu [Headphone Volume]

number_k_02Press sankaku_u_d to adjust the headphone volume and then press [MENU/SET].

It can be adjusted in a range of [0] to [LEVEL15].
