EasyIP Setup Tool Plus Supported [CX20]

It is now possible to make network settings for the unit using “EasyIP Setup Tool Plus”.

  1. From the [NETWORK] menu character_arrow [UTILITY] character_arrow [EASY IP SETTING], select anything other than [DISABLE].

  1. Select the [NETWORK] menu character_arrow [UTILITY] character_arrow [EASY IP CAMERA TITLE].

  1. Enter the name (nickname) of the unit.

Entered name will be the name to be displayed on the EasyIP Setup Tool Plus screen.

Configure the network settings of the unit.

You can configure the network settings of this unit using EasyIP Setup Tool Plus.

When multiple units of this product are to be set up, each unit needs to be configured.

If you cannot configure using this software, do the settings for this unit in the [NETWORK] menu.

Refer to the EasyIP Setup Tool Plus manual for instructions on how to use the software.


bullet02EasyIP Setup Tool Plus can be used only when all of the following conditions are satisfied.

– The [NETWORK] menu character_arrow [UTILITY] character_arrow [EASY IP SETTING] is set to anything other than [DISABLE]

– The [NETWORK] menu character_arrow [DEVICE SEL] is set to [USB-LAN] or [WLAN]character_asterisk

  1. When [DEVICE SEL] has been set to [WLAN], set [NETWORK] menu character_arrow [WLAN PROPERTY] character_arrow [TYPE] to [INFRA(SELECT)] or [INFRA(MANUAL)].

bullet02The unit will not operate properly after the network settings are specified if the IP address is the same as another device on the same network. Set a unique IP address for this unit.

bullet02EasyIP Setup Tool Plus cannot be used from a different subnet via a router.

Sets the time to accept EasyIP Setup Tool Plus.

The items that can be set are as follows.

character_bullet-large[DISABLE], [20 MIN.], [UNLIMITED]

(Factory setting: [DISABLE])


bullet02This is fixed to [UNLIMITED] when [USB TETHERING] is selected in [NETWORK] menu character_arrow [DEVICE SEL].

bullet02This is fixed to [UNLIMITED] when [NDI HX2] is selected in [NETWORK] menu character_arrow [NETWORK FUNC].


[EASY IP CAMERA TITLE]

Configure the individual device names to display in EasyIP Setup Tool Plus. (15 characters or less)

The model number of the unit you are using is set. (For example: [AG-CX20], etc.)
