  1. Select the [SCENE FILE] menu character_arrow [AE LEVEL] character_arrow [ON].

  1. Select the [CAMERA] menu character_arrow [SW MODE] character_arrow [REAR RING] character_arrow [IRIS/AE LEVEL].

  1. When the <AUTO/MANU> switch is set to manual mode, use one of the following operations to switch one of iris, gain, or shutter speed to auto.

bullet02Press the <IRIS> button to switch to auto iris mode.

bullet02Press the <GAIN> button to switch to auto gain mode.

bullet02Press the <SHUTTER> button to switch to auto shutter mode.

  1. Rotate the rear ring.

At this time, the settings in [SCENE FILE] menu character_arrow [AE LEVEL EFFECT] are not reflected.


bullet02When manual iris mode is enabled, the iris is adjusted when the rear ring is turned.

  1. Select the [SCENE FILE] menu character_arrow [AE LEVEL] character_arrow [ON].

  1. Select the [CAMERA] menu character_arrow [SW MODE] character_arrow [REAR RING] character_arrow [ZOOM] or [IRIS].

  1. Switch one of iris, gain, or shutter speed to auto.

  1. Turn the multidial to display [imageicon_operation_icon AE LEVEL].

  1. Press the multidial.

The AE level display is highlighted in orange.

  1. Turn the multidial to adjust, then press the multidial.

The setting changes to the value displayed and exits.

Press the <EXIT> button to exit without changing the setting.

You can also either press the USER button assigned to [AE LEVEL] or touch the USER button icon to switch enable/disable of [AE LEVEL].
